Standard Delivery Information

Delivery to UK Mainland Addresses is free with online orders over £45 and if ordered online before 3pm Monday to Friday we will be despatch the same day. If you place your order online Friday we will despatch that day however you should expect delivery to be the next working day. Telephone orders will incur the standard delivery charge for your postcode and will be despatched next working day.

Although rare we may not have your product in stock however if this is the case we will call you and advise of the date you are likely to receive your goods.

Should your parcel destination not show here, no problem,  just call 0844 412 2242 for a delivery cost prior to placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: Any additional customs charges are not the responsibility of the couriers nor Ironmongery Online.

Postcodes classed as Scottish Highlands & Islands include (but not limited to): AB38, AB44-45, AB53, AB56, HS, IV3-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-44, PH50, ZE

UK Extended, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland delivery is 1-2 days. Delivery outside of the European zones vary between 3 and 7 day delivery.
