Although rare we may not have your product in stock however if this is the case we will call you and advise of the date you are likely to receive your goods.
 
Delivery to some countries is subject to a customs charge.  Ironmongery Online is not responsible for any additional Customs Charges incurred for the delivery.

Should you experience any problems placing your order you can contact us by phone between the hours of 8-5, should we not be available your details will be taken and we will return your call within 1 working day.
 
Recieving your Parcel
 
We endevour to get all parcels to our cutomers on time and as promised, however occasionally due to circumstances out of our control this may not happen.  If you recieve your parcel and it is damaged, please do not sign for it, refuse the delivery and call us immediately and we will organise a replcement and speak to the courier regarding the issue.
 
If you do not recieve your parcel in the time expected please let us know as soon as possible as your parcel maybe lost in transit.

VAT Information

  • If shipping to a none EU country VAT will not be charged
  • If shipping to an EU country and you have a VAT number then NO VAT is chargeable, but your VAT number must be put on an invoice so please place a telephone order.
  • If shipping to an EU country and you don't have a VAT number then VAT is chargeable.

Your right to cancel

You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that we receive them and that they are not damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage, and become damaged as a result, we may have a claim against you. If the contract allows for it, you could make the goods available for collection. We may charge you for the cost of collecting the goods, or you may have to pay the return postage yourself, unless the goods were faulty in the first place.

If you decide to return the goods within the time limits quoted, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.

If you have given goods in part exchange, upon cancellation we have ten days to return them to you in much the same condition as they were given.

Exceptions to the right to cancel:

The following are non-cancellable sales:

  • goods made to your personal requirements or specifications (e.g. specially made furniture) (This includes but is not limited to all Chain & Threaded Rod)
  • sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software, which have been opened

 

Bank Holiday Delivery

If you request next day delivery, your parcel will be delivered as follows.

Thursday 23rd May by 3pm Friday 24th May
(Saturday 25th May delivery for a charge of £19.50)
Thursday 23rd May  after 3pm - Friday 24th May 3pm Tuesday 28th May
(Saturday 25th May delivery for a charge of £19.50)
Friday 24th May 3pm - Tuesday 28th May 3pm Wednesday 29th May
Tuesday 28th May after 3pm Thursday 30th May

Should you chose economy delivery (3-5 day) please note these are working days you should not expet delivery on Bank Holiday Monday 27th May.

Standard Delivery Information

Delivery to UK Mainland Addresses is free with online orders over £45 and if ordered online before 3pm Monday to Friday we will be despatch the same day. If you place your order online Friday we will despatch that day however you should expect delivery to be the next working day.

Please note Threaded Bar is a next working day service if ordered before 11.30am.
